Rondo – Medium garnet dry, good mature berry fruit. Good balance of acid and annins. Good length.
Pinot noir – This is the classic grape variety that produces red burgundy and English sparkling wines. Pinot noir is an ancient variety and produces some of the world’s finest red wines.
Phoenix – a really good quality white wine is produced from Phoenix. This is a new generation hybrid grape variety and produces a Bacchus-like, sometimes Sauvignon Blanc in character. It has a light Muscat aroma and an excellent flavour.
